A small pull out without trees, but no loose sand. Felt safe to pop up eurovan when we arrived after dark. Minimal freeway noise
Beautiful starry night

Parked on bare rock which was preferred to dirt/sand. Lots of room to park vehicles but not all of it is level. Made it with 2WD and low clearance van. Road noise is not bad.
Report Check-InTMobile LTE 3 bars, good but not super fast internet. There were other people staying here, enough space for both, big pull over. We only stayed one night, left early in the morning, it was quiet on a Saturday night.
Report Check-InVery bumpy, I don’t have 4x4 in a camper van but I went slowly and there is a somewhat flat area just in a bit from the road. Ended up as a perfect spot. Stars were incredible!
Report Check-Insmall area off the needles overlook road. muted highway traffic noise. Verizon LTE was slow at times but worked. about 21 more miles to the needles overlook, 14 miles to the fork for all the overlooks
Report Check-InStayed here one night without any issue. Some traffic on dirt road, but can barely here the highway. Good spot to pull over and get some sleep and continue on.
