You can stay overnight here. LV2 permit is only required during Cubs night games, otherwise no permit required. Would work best for a van, but a truck camper could probably get away with it. Nice residential neighborhood, close to public transit.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The whole road is open on either side, no need to follow the exact coordinates. Like said from others though, be wary of the permit signs- some are worded weirdly.
Nice and quiet neighborhood, super safe with no problems.
Still a great spot. Quiet for a city and feels safe. Watch out for the permit signs in some areas though. We stayed closer to the Irving Park subway station.
Report Check-InLittle hard to find spots during the weekends but tons of side streets. Quiet compared to the location and city life.
Report Check-InFree street parking up and down the side streets. Wide and easy to navigate.
No parking during HOME baseball games or you will be towed.
Report Check-InResidential area with lots of parking turnover. No problems for 3 nights.
Report Check-InTotally accurate description - free (& shaded!) street parking that’s best for vans. I actually didn’t stay overnight so can’t comment on the noise or anything; but did park here for the day.
