Something not right?

Description

Artsy area, just north of downtown. Plenty of free spots on the adjacent blocks. Too close to the shops and you’ll hit metered parking, but this spot is next to a park and some apartments (unrestricted).

Arizona Wilderness Co (nearby) has great brews and food. They also have outdoor seating and free WiFi.

Stayed 2 nights here without any issues. This spot is nicely shaded in the later afternoon from the building across the street. Little bit of a slant next to the curb, nothing too crazy but made me want to move my van a couple inches away the next morning. The library has bathrooms, water fountains, power outlets and wifi during business hours. It’s also a safe space for homeless people (technically we are too).

Right across the street there’s a place called “The Pemberton”. Food trucks, drinks, and really cool vibes. You should check it out! Only stopped by because Pemberton so happens to be my last name! 😂 but glad we did! (I recommend the Desert Mojito)

Stayed one comfortable, quiet night. Bathrooms at the park were locked up, but I went to the nearby library after it opened

Report Check-In

Bathrooms on the north side of the park are open and there seems to be more parking. Park has a bit of a homeless population at night, but this was still a good, quiet spot.

Report Check-In

Some road noise through the night and a moderate slope towards curb, but fantastic walking distance from downtown, the public library and the Phoenix Museum!

We did have a cop come through late morning and run everyone’s plates… no issue though!

Get here before 5 on weekends. Parking fills up quickly due to all the restaurants nearby. I had to stay at the adjacent paid parking until midnight for a spot to open up.

Stayed around this area last night. Parked at around 5pm. Went to have beer and tacos and then went to bed at 8:00pm. Had a good sleep, quiet neighborhood.

Nice street parking, quiet enough. Next to a park, toilets are closed.

Stay one night by the street and all ok. Park restrooms are closed. Nice and quiet area. No incidents.

Report Check-In

The bathrooms at the park are closed. The library has bathrooms but only during library hours. Lots of homeless, welcome to gentrification in Phoenix. Quiet, safe, the park is nice for morning workouts and dog walks.

Report Check-In

This section of road is closed at this time.

Looks good. Curbside next to a nice park. There are a couple homeless people around but it seems fine. Seems to be popular spot for skateboarding.

Parking sectioned out with meters...got here late around midnight Friday so weekend. Very quiet, but bright lights so you'll need to black out windows. Sort of busy for pedestrians going to park this eve. but all in all a great spot to boon dock.

We are near here on a side street. Though there were homeless nearby it was a safe night with minimum noise. It’s across from an apartment complex and in front of some sort of business. Good night sleep. We parked our 27ft bus and it was fine.

Little tiny gem in the rough. Thank you so much to whoever put this here. Quiet little street next to a park with no signs about parking, apartments on the other side, seems very mellow, let’s keep it that way !!!!! Pulled up after dark and will leave very early am as usual
