very nice camp next to the beautiful erongo hills.
every camping spot is special: only one has a warm shower, only one has the best view, only one has a gas, etc.
they are very kind, no cardpayment or pets. the hikes are very beautiful!
we loved the stay!

Beautiful campsites. Stayed at campsite granite and petite. The last one has a hot shower. Payed N$275 pppn. Wifi available at reception.

Great camping with metal furniture and gas stove included at Camp Petite. Bike and hike trails. Shady sites and great toilet and hot showers. 3G MTC at sites. Beautiful views. NAD 250 pppn. Much recommend

With the beautiful pitches of the Erongo Rocks Campsite, we found our absolute favorite campsite in Namibia. The campsites (especially Camp Granite and Camp DikDik) are beautifully laid out and have been completely integrated into the rocky landscape. We stayed at Camp Granite for three nights. This offers an inviting seating area that has been equipped with an awning for shade, a sink, an outdoor kitchen with a ready-to-use gas stove, a fireplace for cooking with wood and a beautiful outdoor bathroom. Rarely have we enjoyed going to the toilet so much ;-). Another braai area has also been created below the lounge area and the kitchen between three spherical rocks to watch the starry sky by the fire in the evening. Everywhere you can see the attention to detail and the work and effort that went into building the campsites. This also justifies the slightly above average price.

What we also really liked were the many, well sign-posted walking and hiking trails and viewing points that have been created especially for the guests on the huge farm area. From short walks for pleasure to long hikes, there is something for every age and skill level. The paths are beautiful and varied. Here, too, you can see how much love and effort everything was put into place.

The whole region around Erongo Rocks also offers enough variety to stay here for a few days. You can visit a San Living Museum, see ancient murals, go horseback riding (organized from Omaruru) or go on safari in your own vehicle (we saw giraffes, zebras and impalas - it is supposed to have also some leopards and rhinos in this area).
Near the campsites there is a beautiful lodge called AiAiba with an amazing panoramic view and a nice swimming pool. We drove there one evening with our camper to have a delicious 3-course menu - we were also allowed to use the outdoor area and the pool beforehand in the afternoon.
We loved Erongo Rocks Campsites and will be back for sure.

perfect campsite ( granite)! beautiful place, beautiful hiking trail and amazing night with so much stars! And owners are very nice. Kids love this place!

Incredibly beautiful as described. only 4 sites tucked into the rocks. Personal open aired bathroom built into the rocks; table & chairs & shade; running water; gas stove; fireplace etc. Highly recommended. We paid NAM$ 500 for the night. Worth it.

Stayed at Granite Camp. Nicely set up between some boulders.
Good hiking trails.
Camping there is 250 pppn which I personally find a bit steep as there is no power - not even a solar light and No hot water for showering, just the bucket shower.
I nice spot to camp if it’s windy because of the shelter of the boulders, but otherwise I prefer a camp with a view.

This was our favourite campsite during a six week tour of Namibia. We stayed at Camp Granite which was the most luxurious (if very simple!) camp with full open air kitchen, dining room and bathroom set up, and felt utterly alone in this incredible setting. The silence was almost deafening, and the stargazing was second to none. The hiking trails are brilliantly marked, and we loved having an aperitif at yoga rock in the evenings. Can't recommend it enough.

As said in the description. Beautiful area. Walking, hiking and mountain bike trails set out all over the farm. You can also drive (or walk) to one of the many viewpoints. Friendly owners. We stayed on the new “Camp 4”, quiet, peaceful and tucked away between the boulders. Bucket shower, flush toilet, sink, dish-wash sink, table and chairs, gas stove and big fireplace and beautiful stars at night. What do you need more? We ended up staying 3 nights instead of just the 1. Take you time here! Enjoy!

We stayed at the Mountain View Camp which is suitable for bigger groups. Big shade house with sink, gas stove, 2 tables and chairs. 3 hot shower (heated by donkey) and toilets all very clean and well organised. Petit campnis a view meters below the Mountain Camp. 150 N$ ppn for SADC

Wild Campsite very original with flushing toilet, bucket shower, small kitchenette, gas stove, fire place and table with 6 chairs in a shade place between big rocks. Hidden away in the rocks of the Erongo mountains with access to walking and mountain bike trails. Price NAD175 for SADC countries and 300 for other.
Recommendable! We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute

main campsite: more suitable for bigger groups, 3x toilets and 3x showers with donkey , also very nice :-)
