Description

Ste. Genevieve City Park. We asked and we were granted permission to park for the night by some very welcoming staff at the park office. We selected a spot atop the hill next to the Pavilion and right in front of a cell tower. Perfect for cell access. Quiet, private. Be sure to ask permission.

Latest Check-Ins

Quiet, well kept. Arrived about 830pm, no one around. I parked by the pavilion and cell tower overlooking a pond with a fountain. No one came by. Bathrooms are minimal, but kept. No locking doors or stall doors in either bathroom. If there was someone around when I arrived, I would ask permission. I would stay here again, it was lovely.

Pretty awesome spot there’s a large decently well lit picnic area right next to the parking lot. There are restrooms but they’re not the nicest I’ve seen. A cop knocked on the van around 11 and let us know the park was closed but he didn’t have an issue with us staying the night.
