Description
Our farm is directly in the front of the lake, Atlangatepec. We are building a self-sufficient project, where we live and produce a lot of things (vegetables/cheese/bread/shampoo/creams and more). Now we offer for Overlanders a place to relax and enjoy the nature!
We sell fresh-water, internet, wash machine, natural products, food and drinks... Also we give the option for car parking and airport shuttle (Puebla / Mexico city )
We recycle here our garbage and also compost toilets. Chemical toilets and black water must be carried out of our farm.
The costs on our farm are $100/day $500/week $1,750/month $13,000/year

Ignore previous comments for now. There’s no location available. You can find many spots for overlanding in the area. Tlaxco has many other parking options with more amenities such as a shower if needed.
This place is a really good place to relax and switch off from everything. The place is directly close to a big lake and very quite. We love to drink our morning coffee in front of the lake, sitting under the tree, listening and looking the birds. We stayed here 17 wonderful days which had been balm for the soul. The climatic is perfect here in this hight. Sunny and warm 25-28°C at day and down to 10°C at night, what a wonderfull sleep. Sebastian is a perfect host. If he was in the supermarket he always offered to bring us anything we needed. This was very practise because the next town is not in walking distance. This place is really in the nature. The last 3km is a earth road which can be driven with each kind of RV. A very friendly dog is taking care. You will find a toilet and water (no drinking water). You can park your RV in front of the house or directly near the lake and see the sunrise in the morning. The price of 100 Peso per day for 2 person or 500 Peso per week is really fair. If you like to visit Mexico City you can leave your RV on this place. Sebastian is offering a transport by car to Mexico City. He and his wife Monse are always helpful and if you have any questions you will get helpfull answer.
Report Check-InWe meet Monse and Sebastian and their farm. We made plans to go back and make pizza and fish. Call ahead kind of confusing to get there but the views are amazing!!!
Report Check-InA very nice place directly on the lake. You can camp by the lake or somewhat sheltered from the wind in the garden. You can buy internet and water.

We highly recommend this place in front of the lake, tranquillo❣️They both give you a warm feeling and make you to be welcome. There builing its place just perfect. We wanted to stay for one night and ended up with three.... big thanks to both of them❣️❣️
Report Check-InUn lugar espectacular para pasar unos días alejado de las ciudades y disfrutar de la naturaleza, la familia dueños del lugar son muy amigables, muy atentos a todo lo que necesites. Estuvimos una semana frente al lago y el Internet funcionó muy bien, un lugar muy recomendado! En las imágenes dejamos una foto satelital del camino hacia la granja para llegar con más facilidad!
A spectacular place to stay away from the cities and enjoy nature, the family who own the place are very friendly and very attentive to everything you need. We stayed a week in front of the lake and the Internet worked very well, it's a highly recommended place! In the images, we uploaded a satellite photo of the way to the farm to get there more easily!
Report Check-InWe loved to camp at this place. It's beautiful, in front of the lake, quiet and you're surrounded by nature. There is a toilet available and fluent water. The family, which own the farm is so welcoming and sweet. You will have a lot of fun here. We discovered nearby villages and the countryside and enjoyed quiet days at the lake.

this is a verry quiet and beautiful place directly on the lake. we been there for almos two Month, sebastian and monse were verry kind hostages and we had a lot of fun with them. the lake is maybe not nice for swimming, but amazing for kayaking. all in all its a verry nice place with verry nice people as hostages. we'll definitely come back there one day! at least we have to, because Sebastian take care on our vehicle. if you are close, its definitely a great place to eat a pizza and drink a beer cheers!✌
if you stay longer and get bored, do a tour with his neighbour in thier rancho, where they breed Bulls, its very impressive!
