Very, very quiet and nice. Probably good stars but we had cloud cover. Flat, could get in with any vehicle and there’s options for heavier 4x4 options available if you wish.
I would be wary of mud if there was a lot of heavy rain.
There was a super large group camped in the big main spot and it looks like a very popular spot for UTV/ATV use. If that bothers you that’s the only negative I could see. Other than that, great spot. Other campers were respectful and not loud.

Good spot. Stayed one night. 1 bar LTE with ATT. Kinda exposed so wouldn’t stay in high winds. Good for groups

nice spot, great view of the mountains all around. full LTE. quite windy but it's good during the day - not that hot. just stayed for lunch, so don't know how windy it is at night. would definitely stay overnight if needed

Absolutely incredible quiet night beautiful stars

Stayed here two nights, very quiet, easy access for big rigs. Good cell reception. Huge area, plenty of room for multiple campers though nobody else was there but us.

Decent cell service (Visible). Some trash in the fire pits. Super cool rock formations, great views, some wind protection, quiet at night and dark!

Just got here and 1 other car here. Nice view and out of wind will stay a couple of days

Followed the 4x4 directions and this is a really cool spot. Lots of dirt roads in the area to explore further. Climbed up the rock formation for a lovely view.

I would amend the directions that it's the _second_ right. The first right (up a fun incline) through the fence takes you back to the road.

Chilly and rainy while we were here, but quiet and fun!

AWESOME SPOT - (Off-road capable be sure to read the second half.)
This spot is also listed on Campendium, so there were a lot of bigger RV’s here. There isn’t that much space… maybe room for 7-8 rigs scattered throughout the two lots, and that’s with zero privacy. Quite a bit of trash.
I almost left because I could hear an RV’s TV from inside my Sprinter, no matter where I moved (they had all their windows and doors open).

Now for the fun part… if you have 4x4/High Clearance, I suggest taking the road to the immediate right once you pull in the MAIN lot area (not your first right after pulling off the highway).

The road is well-maintained but there was a part where it looked like a lot of soft sand on an incline so I switched to 4x4 just in case. There are a few areas with larger rocks but nothing too rough.

You’ll see large mounds of boulders in the distance and a fence on your right. Follow the maintained road as it curves left. You’ll then have the option to go straight or go right, go RIGHT. The first large mound of rocks you see has a LEVEL spot behind it with a fire pit. There was a lot of wind and dust the day I was here, but the rocks blocked the majority of it.

2 bars Verizon LTE. I was able to connect to my works VPN/laptop and work just fine.

I’m so happy I came back this way and didn’t just leave! Views are incredible and of course gorgeous sunrises & sunsets!
