$25 a night. $12.50 with Senior or Access National Parks pass, fire pit, bbq, picnic table, flat spots. super clean bathrooms. We came here to fill up our water tank and decided to stay a night since it was getting dark. Good place to get water, dump tanks, shower. We were here in December and it was almost empty. Tmobile 2 5G bars, Verizon 1-3 bars 4g depending on spot.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Came to use free (with senior pass) dump and get water. Liked the campground so much I stayed three nights. $25 a night or $12 with senior pass, CASH ONLY, payable at kiosk. Lovely and quiet. Connectivity was slow but doable.
Report Check-InStayed 5 days. Great little hikes, places to go with the dogs & showers. Saw donkeys and road runners. Fairly clean place. Quiet when we visited in Feb.
Report Check-InClassic NF campground with slightly more concrete. But $25 for a hot shower was worth it. Clean and easy to get to.
Report Check-InAs described! I rolled in on a windy Sat in late March and over half the campground was open. Be aware that many spots are not level, esp. in the North Campground.
National Access (disability) Pass is also good for half off ($12.50/night). Must be paid in CASH so bring exact change. I bought an ice cream at the marina store to break a $20. Store is very very minimal, esp off season, so bring all you need.
Showers are hot and free, though a bit dingy and not the cleanest.
Laundry is $3 per load ($1.50 wash, $1.50 dry). Only three washers and three dryers but they're pretty big. BYO quarters - there is no change machine.
Overall, a great overnight for a low price and now me and my stuff is clean, whoohoo!
Report Check-InKatherine Landing-Stayed at the mobile home park with full hook up since I needed a charge $47..no Tmobile service. There are dry campsites all over in a north and south campground-$25 or $12.50 with a Senior NP pass…also large 7 day free parking lots. Tmobile 5G 2 bars at best. Nice views of dead mountains and Lake Mojave. Big marina.
Report Check-InLake Mead National Park. Very hot in June, 107 degree. No electric, water via a spickot need to fill container and carry to your site. Dump station across the street $12 for seniors, $25 per night for
non-seniors, nice space
Campground now in a ‘Fee Area’ - so now costs $25 entry fee and $25 cash to camp (Access pass - $12, Senior Pass - $10). Motel nearby runs the campsite and credit cards are taken there. Campground has all amenities but feels a bit unloved. Tables and fire pits but the only shade is from a few trees that look like they’re as senior as most of the campers.
Report Check-InNow $25 entry (1-7 days) & $25 to camp (discounted with passes. Access - $12, and Senior - $10) Campground is quiet and has all amenities but isn’t loved.
Report Check-InFantastic little hidden gem. We stumbled into this campground by accident, needing a place to sleep between Albuquerque and Joshua Tree. We are so pleased we may stay a few more nights. The campground is very quiet, no rowdy parties, lovely views, a true oasis in the desert!
