Walmart Fredericksburg parking lot. The usual.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Nice Walmart to camp at. Asked a lead she said 24hr parking is allowed by Walmart but some ordinance in town gives cops the right to knock. Never had an issue. Stayed on the auto repair shop side. Probably one of the quietest Walmarts I've stayed at.
Couldn't pick up wifi. and only regular 5g on TMOBILE.
I planned on staying the night here and saw some other campers doing the same. however I asked the manager and he said overnight parking is no longer allowed so I left
Report Check-InJust as described, a peaceful and quiet place to pass the night. We were joined by a couple of other vans, and we all parked along the perimeter in the garden center side.
Report Check-Invery quiet parking. I asked manager on duty if campers could park here, he said yes as long as we were out on the perimeter preferably on garden side.
Report Check-InQuietest Walmart ever. After 11pm it was silent around here until 9am. The bathrooms in the front of the store are closed and you have to use the ones in the back. Parked near garden center and other rigs showed up throughout the evening. Didn’t call, wasn’t bothered.
Report Check-Inwe stayed in our non-stealth van and there were 2 large RVs here all night as well. we didn't have any trouble. very clean and quiet.
Report Check-InAgreed that this is the quietest Walmart I’ve stayed at! (Other than that, nothing notable (which is good :) )
Report Check-InSpent one night under a couple shade trees at the edge of the lot near US290.
Report Check-InQuietest Walmart ever stayed in. Parked away from road to left hand side. At least 6 other RV/trailers here & definitely allowed to stay the night.
Report Check-InCitywide no overnighting ordinance in force, but Walmart says it's okay to stay and that nobody ever got bothered by the police.
