Not recommended. Sites have trash all over them. I saw park employees drive around many times, I think just to look busy. Toilets are disgusting, showers don't work, and the staff doesn't care. They did get bent out of shape because we had an extra vehicle, they wanted an extra $15 for that. If it had been towed behind our Sprinter it would have been free. We wouldn't have minded if the place had been clean. Dogs cost extra, too.

Part of the Buena Vista Recreational area. The campsites are huge and they allow a maximum of ten people and two rvs on a site. Ours was right on the water and beautiful, with sturdy picnic table and fire ring. The bathrooms, however leave much to be desired. The ladies has three stalls, one with door missing and others a challenge to lock. The two shower stalls have push button water that sprays right at you for 30 seconds with really strong pressure that sends it out of the shower stall and across the bathroom floor...and the water is cold. I chose not to shower. The two sinks were full of garbage and the bathroom floor could have used a good cleaning. Too bad because otherwise this is a nice campground.

Beautiful and hucampsite with water and electricity right on the lakeshore.

Quiet on Sunday night. Easy stop on the way south. Camped along lake with lovely views. Clean restrooms. $28 dry camping; $33 with water & power. Chilly at night (40 deg) with snow on the mountains.

Beautiful campground surrounded by water. Good place for boating, walking, gathering with friends. Kid friendly.
