Unless you have kids (big playground), I don’t think this place is worth the money. 50 soles for 2, no wifi, they couldn’t get the hot showers to work, no kitchen facilities, the owner said the water is not potable. We couldn’t find anybody to ask about the showers at night, so no overnight security. The toilets were clean. FYI the camping is connected to the hotel at the bottom parking lot, not the restaurant at the top parking lot. Go past the “private property” sign into the hotel area to find the guy. You can play tennis for S30, they supply equipment. My guess is that you could probably camp in the upper parking lot for free and use the restaurant’s picnic tables and washrooms. Overall, it would be a good spot for like 10 or 15 soles, but 50 is pretty outrageous.

Good location, cold showers, the camping area could benefit from some maintenance and additional light. No kitchen or WiFi, no area to wash dishes. We paid 50 soles per night.

We came around 4pm and the gate was open, there was a ballet class in one building and a restaurant open. We asked at the restaurant but they said they don’t know anything about the camping and to look for the owner. His house was pretty locked so we tried contacting by phone but we didn’t get an answer. We didn’t want to wait until late and drive at dark so we didn’t stay.

edit: he answered two hours and a half later that the camping is open but he was not home earlier. I would advise to contact him well in advance if you plan to stay there. It looks nice.

Really nice campsite! Definitely the best place to stay at the valley.

Since the place is new to camping, the owner is still figuring out how much to charge for. In our case, he charged us 50 soles per night (2 people).

The campsite is at the back of the property where there is an open air restaurant boulevard, with really nice food options.

The place has only been recently open to campers and motorhome users. Thus, Oscar(the owner), a really nice guy, is doing all he can to make the place more camping friendly. When we visited he was in the process of installing water and electricity outlets near the parking area.

The facilities only lack a kitchen. Hot showers, clean toilets and wifi are available (although the wifi will only work at the common area).

All in all a great place to stay, with beautiful views and nice people.

A great place to rest up after a sacred valley adventure! HOT showers, clean bathrooms, potable water on a long hose to easily feel your tanks. Pet friendly... parking is just behind a "food court" type place where a lot of local families... it's quiet, but also allows easy social time just 200 feet from your camp! The wifi does not reach the van, but is available. We stayed here a week and felt very comfy the entire time. Long term stays can probably negotiate. We paid $10 per night for a van and two people... will likely be more if you only stay a night or two.
