I spoke to several of the employees and received conflicting information--some said it's OK to park here, some said it was not. The resort has apparently been cracking down on overnighters and there is now a designated "campground" (really just long parking spots with porta-potties) for $45/night.

I parked on this lot anyway in "stealth" mode and did not receive a knock. There were many other vehicles parked here overnight but only one other that looked like a camper.

Website says no overnight parking but plenty of people posted up here and employees said we are good for 3 nights. We are a big rig and the only advice is to get here early because it fills up every day.

We didn't actually stay here since it said it was marked closed and I looked at the area's website which said that there was no occupying vehicles overnight in resort lots. That being said, we parked here for a day of skiing and it is obviously the place where people park and sleep, some for months on end. We spoke to some employees that said that the resort told them to park at this lot if they were living in their vehicles. The resort messaging is confusing but if we were going to ski Big Sky another day, we would have stayed here.

Been here for a week and I’ll be here for another week. There are several vans in here even though maps don’t show it being a parking lot it is. The employees have campers in this lot and you need to be respectful to the plow and move around when need be or shovel it.

lot is open. 3 night stay max according to a FB group but not one bothered or inquired with us.

Signs still posted that lot is closed due to construction

There’s a sign blocking the entrance to the gravel lot that says temporarily closed for construction and there is large equipment scattered around the lot.

Big Sky allows parking up to 3 days. Many other campers and RVs. Possible RV hookups
