A leftover back road from when they built the plaza, but separate from it. Used nightly by half a dozen trucks and campers. No one bothers anyone. No facilities there, but near the plaza with retail food places. Good strong cellular signal.

wouldn't consider it safe. last three times I've spent the night here crazier homeless folk spent the night screaming at each other and anyone else. Got up at 4:30 hoping for a quiet exit so I could just go to work and when I crawled up into the driver seat one of them started screaming at me and waving a gun threatening if he ever saw me again he'd kill me. All I was doing was looking for a safe place to sleep...
Report Check-InIt’s an interesting spot right next to the freeway. Used by mostly truckers and other companies to park their delivery trucks, tow trucks and semis. There were a couple campers there that seemed to have been semi permanent residents. We opted to stealth park elsewhere
Report Check-InI spent a mostly quiet night here. Right after I parked, a car pulled in next to me and the owner asked me if I could please move, as that was "his spot". (He needed the nearby tree for his hammock.) There is loose, deep sand in some areas, and it was fairly crowded, but I was able to find another spot. Not much room to turn around at the end, so bigger rigs might want to stay near the entrance, if possible. No other issues.
Report Check-InDefinitely a good place to crash for the night after visiting Disney or Universal! About 10-15 min from universal and 5-10 from a bunch of shops and dining. Lots of trucks but also a handful of vans and cars. I’m a single female camping out of my car and I felt safe enough! Definitely some road noise from the interstate, but that’s what earplugs are for, right?
