Something not right?

Description

Quiet, not quite level, plenty of room. Only wildlife was a big old longhorn cow who checked on us after sunset. Lots of other options along this road. Saturday morning this road was quite busy early with day hikers heading out to Wave Cave or Peralta, so it was worth it to try to be a little off the road or hidden. 2-4 bars for Verizon LTE

Latest Check-Ins

A wonderful place to stop and rest for a few days.

Perfect weather with blue skies, high of 83 and low of 55.

Our boys enjoyed exploring the area and seeing all the different cacti.

Other than the huge pile of trash we discovered and will be working to help clean up… it’s a beautiful location!

Roads were easy enough for our suburban and tons of places to choose from that are not on top of one another.

Absolutely stunning views. Was here in late March and was not expecting it to be so green with all the amazing spring flowers (not from this area or state). Sunsets and views of mountains will not be forgotten. Main road gets pretty busy. But there are lots of side roads with camping spots down them. Camping spots range from small to large rig sizes, some side roads in good shape, while others side roads were in very bad shape. But if you can find a spot that works for you. This place is an absolute gem!

it's a pretty busy area but it's big. very beautiful. Good cell signal even in the low spots. very clean.

Easy in and out, 1-2 bars of AT&T 5Ge, plenty of spots all along this road. Larger rigs and RVs tend to stay closer to the entrance but if you’re car camping the options are endless. Pretty packed on weekends but I had no trouble finding a pull off all to myself. Bathrooms at the end of the road, Peralta trailhead.
