Beautiful place in the utah desert. A few nice pull offs on a fairly nice dirt road. beware of cows in the road :) Accessable by almost any vehicle. Private Property signs and a fence on the right side of the road for a bit, but most of the road seems friendly to campers. 3 bars LTE of whatever service I have.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
bonne place loin de tout. pas besoin de 4x4. je dirais qu'il y a de la place pour deux véhicules.
Report Check-InRoad is in Good shape.. little washboard here and there but no problem to handle.
You’ll pass 3 cattle guards before getting to the pull off.
Nice place, very secluded. Didn’t see anyone out there.
The road is pretty good to access with regular tires. Just 4 spots on right like mentioned below about 1.5 mile in. Didn’t see anyone at all yesterday. Note: if you stay on this access road it parallels the highway and eventually comes out just below Wilson arches however you must cross a rough asphalt bridge with huge cracks. Otherwise descent road.
Report Check-InThis is actually 1.5 mi on a good dirt rd named Joe Wilson Dr; not Steens Rd which is on the other side. Quiet, clean place between Canyonlands and Moab. Has fire ring and plenty of wood down road a bit. Spotty ATT and Verizon.
Report Check-InLooks nicer in the morning. Red rock forms on wide landscape. Didn’t see or hear anyone. Only 1 night but easy access from 190. About 2 miles down a flat dirt road. Don’t believe google maps on the other ways to get there. Take the last road on the south side.
