Spigot is broken, don’t try to fill up here!

Definitely possible to fill at this location, but like initial post said you'll need pliers as the knob is missing (and also another part of the valve, making it leak while using it!)
I don't think a square tool would fit as the shaft have rounded probably because of use of... pliers!
I estimate 35'-40' the distance to the street, a 25' hose wasn't long enough, I had to connect two of them.

There is no way to turn on the water. There is a spigot without a knob to turn the water on. You need a key.

Perfect place to fill up water, kids are playing at the park, dogs are allowed here on a leash. Very well-maintained and easy access to water from the side of the road with side road parking

Water spigot located between men and women’s bathroom, will need 50 foot hose plus needle nose plyers or square tool to turn on water spigot
