I found this lookout better than the other one listed along this road. Larger and more off the road. This one is, however, more popular with locals in the evening for a make out spot/smoke spot/etc. It's a big circle so I suggest parking in the last 1/3 to avoid them parking up next to you.
Views are awesome, I got cell coverage, it's relatively flat and would fit bigger rigs. Keep it clean, come in late and out early so them pesky signs don't go up!

update as of Sept 30 2021,
park ranger came after we slept overnight to let us know they are highly discouraging any overnight camping at the lookout. She was very polite and kindly suggested some other paid camping spots in the area. Do continue to check it out during the day as it's still a beautiful spot.

we spent an evening parked around the roundabout, at final third spot and slept well but were unfortunately talked to by a park ranger in the morning. she told us they are not allowing overnighters but made an exception for us. Would recommend not using this location for any further overnights, but would still recommend checking it out! as it's a beautiful spot.
