Description

A old semi run down RV park that has the biggest hot spring I've been to in my life. it flows 1.5 milliom gallons per day and is enormous so social distancing in the pool is no problem. The RV park is nothing special, pull thru spots, cabins, playground, old bathrooms, but the HOT SPRINGS ARE AMAZING. We always boondock but for $33 for a tent site with our van or $49 full hookup it is so worth it to soak. We had 3 entire giant pools all to ourselves last night and again this morning. Great spot to check out the other bath house, state park, legend rock, and dinosaur museum in Thermopolis. If you have a van or tent, request site 14. It has a bubbling geyser practically in your campsite! Enjoy this absolute treasure. Empty in the off season!

Small RV park, excellent, warm, mineral spring pool.
Showers take quarters.
Thermopolis is quaint and surrounded by rustic beauty.

A mile away you can smell a strong odor
A bold whiff of fart makes your heart flip right over
O fountain of youth! Thweet thuculent Juith!
Your waters do soothe these young rovers.

Such Beautiful views do surround, bubbling mineral geysers astound. Yes It’s close to the street but the people are sweet.
We really recommend this campground.

as described. very old and run down. needs a lot of work. but worth it to soak in the hot springs pool! site A14 has a geyser right next to it.

Report Check-In

Standard RV park. A bit run down but relatively quiet other than the random train and truck on the highway. Some tent sites. The hot springs pool looks great, except it’s closed on Thursdays for cleaning :(

you can also soak and not stay here for $10
