Close to many others but I wanted to point out where I’m at. Pit toilet maybe 3 minute walk away at a trailhead and it is the best one I’ve ever seen. Luxury to have within walking distance. Many other sites down the road. Relatively flat.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The 1st open site for us was along the road past these coordinates. Just keep going - many sites. And they are very generously spaced - no issues with Generator Noise.
A good place to stage a Zion visit.
Report Check-InSpent the night here with 30ft rig. No problem.
I was coming here from road 59 (Hurricane Cliffs Trailhead) and there was a sign that road will be closed starting Oct 16. No idea if they will keep the other end from road 9 open...
Beautiful views and quiet location. A few others near us, but still very private. The sunset was gorgeous and the quiet is so peaceful. I like that we are not too far away from town as well if anything comes up that we need!
Report Check-InDispersed camping spots all along this road. Spots have firering and that's it. The scenery is great, and the spots are spread out. The roads aren't the best, but you don't need a 4x4, you just need to take your time. Good cell reception (we have T-mobile).
