Here is a place where you can fill drinkable water (filling water jugs) and restrooms next to the river. Awesome place all along the river to spend the day (no overnight allowed).

QuikTrip has a water fill station on the right side of the building (if you’re facing the building)
Report Check-InNice park on the water with plenty of shade, very nice water fountain with a jug filling spout and threaded spigot. A big sink with three faucets you can wash dishes or clothes in. Bathrooms were fairly clean too and had toilet paper.
Report Check-InGreat spot!
There's a push-button jug filling space, but also a threaded connection with a turn handle.
The giant sink outdoor is definitely a find also; I did some dishes and quick laundry with zero hassle.
Be aware that lots of local houseless folks use this spot to get water and bathe. Clean up after yourself and stay aware of your surroundings.
Report Check-InGood place to get water, if you have some sort of water carrier with you. The water flows quickly, but you do have to walk about 100ft to get to the street parking. I had no trouble fitting my 2,11gal Coghlan's expansible water carrier under the spigot. See pictures for reference.
Also, it's just 2mins away from the awesome stealth parking along the Colorado River (see the iOverlander marker on the map, just East of this water filling spot.)
Report Check-InGreat spot to fill up a jerrycan! It’s down a little hill, so a bit too far to run a hose for a larger water system.
