stayed 2 nights. had the place to myself most of the time. bicycle distance to the fruitcake factory and other attractions.

Report Check-In

By the river next to busy Rt 301. Spacious tree lined unmaintained park. Just north of Claxton. Vehicles come and go at all hours, none staying long. We were fine. Large rig ok but pick your way among big pot holes. Would stay here again.

Report Check-In

Decent place for the night, loooots of mosquitoes, as others have said. You can hear the road, but I parked near the back and it wasn't too loud. Enough space for my dog to run around and take a dip in the water. I had the whole place to myself. There was trash, but not too bad.

is a wonderful place. we stayed one night and it was quiet. We were the whole night alone.

Report Check-In

Beaucoup de place et l’endroit est très calme.
Cependant certains spots sont envahis de détritus et papier wc, dommage d’être si peu respectueux.

Report Check-In

Good overnight spot with minimal visitors. No trash cans on-site, so pack out what you pack in…unfortunately not everyone follows that rule at this location. Space to walk dogs. Lot is a mix of sand, dirt and pine needles, there are some ruts, so be careful coming in. Road noise is light to moderate. 3 bars Verizon and AT&T.

Report Check-In

Great spot! Even after it rained a bunch it wasn’t too muddy for my small 2WD car. Solid tmobile connection.

Report Check-In

pretty spacious pulloff, others camped out here, but loud from the road, planes, and some nearby industry, and lots of mosquitoes in the evening (sept 2021). not a place to spend too many days.
