Description

This is a trailhead for Kaiser Springs. The walk is about 45min to an hour one way, heading west, in a wash.

To get here, take the side road off 93 North, just after you pass the sign for "Kaiser Springs Canyon". The "trailhead" is under the overpass. We recommend parking along the farthest pilars because that has the easiest way down into the wash.

Really gorgeous spring. Not much farther down from the "hot" spring (the water is warm), is the river which really shouldn't be missed because the colors of the rock are just so pretty.

Enjoy

a fantastic amazing hike thru a beautiful canyon. but not a good hike if you have a dog. there's some spots that involve climbing that just isn't possible with a dog. anyone in decent shape could climb these sections, but not with a dog. we made it pretty far, but couldn't finish to see the springs.

great little day hike. people definitely spend the night at the parking area, there are fire rings. hike is pretty easy, you'll likely see cows or burros. lots of small wildlife too. springs are warm and refreshing. we didn't run into any people. spring is best enjoyed in the buff. 😀

past the wire fence is probably best for 4wd only. our rwd Transit could probably do it, but it's not worth it. turn left at the wire fence and park.
