Description

A well-maintained family run campground. There is a monkey and three very noisy parrots. All the tent sites are under rain shelters, walking distance from the Parana river where you can fish and swim. Might be a little tight for big rigs. WIFI.

The BEST place to stay, incredible view, we walked down to the Paranas river all mornings. Showers clean, water clean, wow just perfect. Internet is súper fast so we ended up working here for one week. Recommended

Awesome site in a quiet corner of the suburbs overlooking the Rio Paraná. Rain shelters for pitches and hanging out.
Room for a big rig or 2.
I stayed a couple of weeks.6000 pppn or about $6 US western union rates.

Report Check-In

Nice campsite with friendly owner Carlos ! Nice view to the River. Recommend definitely!

Report Check-In

Nice place for small rigs and tents. There are 3-4 places for small rigs. For tents there are enough options. We had a great spot in the garden overlooking the Paraña river. In the morning hummingbirds can be seen right in front the spot. Nice friendly owners. You can use the outside kitchen, fridge etc. Wifi is good. We went on our bike to the Argentinian side of the falls.

Report Check-In

Beautiful place to camp. We stayed 3 nights. It’s a kind of garden/camping. Nice spots for tents onder rainshelters. Place for 4/5 campervans/caravans/car with rooftop tent. Bit expensive, we payed 1500 ARS per person per night. Nice pool, beautiful view on the river. Clean showers/toilets. Nice common areas.

Very nice camping ground. Lovely owners and dogs. Perfect view, good swim.

Report Check-In

Very nice owners. Three lovely dogs (doberman but realy cute). Bathroom ok and kitchen available. Nice riverview. 600pesos for two people and car.

Frigo, gazinière, a disposition.) Des tables et des chaisrs sont disponibles sur les emplacements pour ceux qui veulent manger en apparte. Boulangerie et épiceries non loin. Le prix est peut être un peu cher mais rien de bien grave.

After border crossing from Brazil, night driving, police controls, we drived here and we were kindly welcomed by Carlos and his wife. We park our motorhome at their garden. Nice place out of the city. Showers, toilets, terrace with river view. Wifi and electricity. There is a bus going from camp to the city centre, 25 pesos/person. As we did not have pesos, because all exchange offices were closed in the evening and cash back at gas station doesnt work for our credit cards, Carlos gave us 100 pesos for a bus ride to the center. For camp we paid 600 pesos per night for 2 people and motorhome. For 3 nights it was a bit cheaper per night. They have 3 big dogs, they are friendly.

Report Check-In

Nice Campground, but a little bit expensive (paid 300 ppp). Owner has three Dobermans running around all day. They are not well trained, was a bit annoying.

Report Check-In

Very lovely campsite. The owners do everything to make it comfortable for you. The site is situated on a very beautiful spot above the river with a specteculair sight. We paid 600 Peso for one night (2 persons and one small camper), so rather expensive compares to the price of other campsites.

Report Check-In

Pretty good location for visiting the falls in both countries. If you don’t want to drive with your own car there is a bus stop right around the corner that takes you into town and from there you can take another bus to both sides of the falls. There is space for a couple of Motorhomes but they should not be too big. Nice view across the river with facilities that are ok. “Suicide showers” included. ;-) However, if you are allergic or afraid of dogs, not the best choice given the three dogs running around all day. They belong to the owner and only want to play. We paid 500 ARS for two people and camper van per night. WIFI is really good but there have been quite some power cuts in town which was a bit annoying. The family owning the place is very friendly and helpful. It is a good place to meet other fellow travelers, which we really enjoyed.

Nice place, expensive 250 pesos are poor persona, has all necessary to had a good stay, even a good wifi and tv

very good view from the river, clean and with nice people. We triyed to pay with credit card but they only accept debit. we payed 250 pesos per night. is not cheap but is a good structure .

Really nice campsite! Bit expensieve 500 peso’s 2 persons and a car. But fridge and hot shower. Nice place to stay if you visit the falls. Very kind owners.

Heike and Klaus
We enjoyed our stay there. The persons there are very friendly and polite. The view is great, and even your laundry will be washed. The Patron gives support in all belongings.

Report Check-In

Still a beautiful location and friendly people but price is now 150 per person. Clean toilets and showers and a nice big clean camp kitchen with a double burner gas stove.

Report Check-In

Beautifully situated campground. Pitches looking out over river towards Paraguay. Well equipped and well maintained. Friendly and helpful owner. ARS 240 (2 adults, camper, low season)

Report Check-In

very nice tent spots, covered and flat. not too much space for cars. up to 3 rigs can fit in the drive in.very nice kitchenarea, good and hot suicide showers. nice setup at the riverside. 120 peso pP.

Report Check-In

Nice campsite if a bit on the expensive side, the dog can get a bit frisky and bit 2 people while we were here and woke us up one morning jumping on our tent!

Beautiful jungle setting campsite ran by the hilarious Carlos, his wife and menagerie of animals. Good wifi, sheltered campsites with power and separate sheltered seating cooking area with gas stove and a fridge. Carlos is super helpful explained everything we needed to know about what to do in the area. Bodega opposite his place which sells beers. 120 pesos pp, no additionals for car.

Report Check-In

It is like camping in your own piece of cleared jungle. No monkey to be seen. Three parrots still part of the scene. Mirage the very friendly Doberman always checks if no food scraps has by "mistake" fallen on the ground. All in all one of the nicest camping spots on my trip.

Report Check-In

Carlos and Miranda made us very welcome. AP120 per person no charge for the vehicle. It is indeed a little oasis in a very touristy town. We decided to take a "rest" here from our long journey and we could not have found a better spot. There is space for maybe three autocampers in addition to tent spaces. The pool was a nice place to relax in the heat of the day. We recommend.

Report Check-In

A lot is said already. Great host. Stove for cooking, good Internet, fridge.

Report Check-In

As they say below! Great campsite, friendly owner. 240 pesos for car and two people. Really nice set up by the river.

Report Check-In

I was very impressed when I visited the campground. The owners have done a lot of work to make it a comfortable, relaxing place.

It is very surprising to see such a natural setting in the middle of a working class neighborhood, so close to the touristic city of Puerto Iguazu.. From the street you have no idea of what is hidden behind largee wooden gates. It is like a little hidden paradise

Here is the page I created about it.

Report Check-In

Agree with everything already said, just wanted to add that we're pretty big (3.2m high) and I think there would be plenty of room for a couple rigs. Carlos rocks! He helped us level in a total downpour! Highly recommend this place!!

Report Check-In

Very nice little campground though not much space for many campervans. Wonderful view of the river, good facilities. The couple running the place are very friendly and helpful and well connected for any assistance you might need. Have a look at their website http://www.campingcostaramon.com.ar. We paid 100 Pesos/night/person.

Report Check-In

A great little family run camping ground. As mentioned all the tent sites are under shelter, there is a kitchen area, good wifi in the dinning area. Good view of the river. $100AR per person.

Report Check-In

An oasis in the warm jungle. Splendid view on the rio Parana. An fresh pool, perfect after a day at the Iguazu falls. People really helpful, we had a bad noise at a wheel, he found us the good mechanic to do so. Price is $100 per person. Nice with a not too big rig.

Report Check-In

Nice campground, really friendly owners. Sheltered places for tents, outdoor kitchen, WiFi, nice pool, close to the river... Downside: not a lot of place for cars and only at the reception area. 100pesos per person.

Report Check-In

A nice little campsite. Carlos and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful.

Report Check-In

- ca. 7 USD per person @ dolar green rate
- Not exactly level, space for about 3 smaller vehicles + some separate walk-in tent sites. Very nice owners, outdoor kitchen, plenty of covered seating, views of the river. Bathrooms with hot showers (electric suicide type). 3 pet parrots, one annoying dog, one huge lizard. Decent WIFI, water, grills, supermarkets nearby. You can take a bus to both sides of the falls from here (with transfer).

Report Check-In

A well maintained family run campground. There is a monkey and three very noisy parrots. All the tent sites are under rain shelters, walking distance from the Piranha river where you can fish and swim. Might be a little tight for big rigs.
