About 1 mile off highway 64 on the south entrance of the Grand Canyon have seen plenty of wildlife but no humans.! totally alone....amazing easy access in the spot about 200 yds off the gravel road site is about 2 miles from the park entrance community.... so supplies are close but it’s totally free camping....

honestly how is this not packed. only a mile from town, secluded, quiet, private, wildlife, great trees for hammocks, level enough. plenty of room for all types of rigs
I mean it sucks 😅 don't even look over here
Report Check-InLoved camping at this spot for a night before going to see the Grand Canyon, no traffic but the odd truck going down the nearby gravel road, firepit and some animal bones around.
Report Check-Ingreat spot about a mile in on 302. we had spot farthest from road to minimize dust! traffic throughout the day OHV and trucks. great cellular service and easy access to park. water from park campground or Foodi. no issue's getting in several easy spots with established fire rings for bigger rigs or class c
