small pull off on CA 1, with a beautiful view. no "no parking" signs. a bit noisy due to road traffic and cattle crossing but the view is worth it. the water is below, the spot is on a cliff face. 1-2 bars of verizon LTE. not big rig friendly. we were fine with a 25 ft skoolie but anything larger than 30 ft would be hard to maneuver and turn around

It was a good, small spot. I was the only one there, but could fit maybe 3 vehicles. There's a small fence between the road and where I parked. Service was spotty with AT&T, but I was able to watch Netflix.
Report Check-InReasonable spot. But the cattle guard produces extra noise when cars drive over it. Verizon 1 bar. AT&T was very good in this spot.
Report Check-InGood spot off a bend in the road on a cliff overlooking the ocean below. Verizon reception good enough for working. There was a bit more noise than usual because of the cattle guard in the road vibrating as vehicles drove over. Difficult (but near possible) to find level. Beautiful views!
Report Check-InGood spot, spot behind the fence is the flattest spot. No amenities, but decent cell service. Would sleep again.
Report Check-InThis is the coolest pull off for sunset!
The area has enough space for a couple vans to back in and open up to an incredible view. Last nights skies were clear and we were fortunate to have this space to ourselves. We stayed overnight with no problems whatsoever. Woke up to a cozy drizzly coastal morning.
Great cell service (Verizon and metro at least). We were able to use our hotspot to stream TV easier than most places.
The traffic going by at night was very minimal. There is a cattle crossing grate that makes some noise as cars drive over but it’s not that disruptive at all, and actually makes me feel more safe knowing when folks are driving by.
Please be sure to keep this spot cleaner than how you arrived, we don’t want all these beautiful turnouts to become “no” zones.
