Small parking area just off the road. Quiet and a great place to park for the night. Fun little hiking trail and peaceful white noise of the relaxing forest.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Quiet and very dark, be aware, someone stopped and blocked me in right as I was about to get going, I believe they were probably taking down my license plate in the morning around 6:50. If I stayed again I’d leave by 5:00am.
Report Check-InAs described, small trailhead off a busy local road - 3 cars maximum, no pull-behind. No services available. We did have 1 bar LTE with AT&T that worked really well.
NOTE - we received several honks and some shouts from the locals. We got the sense that we were not welcome. If you stay, arrive late, leave early and leave no trace.
Small three spot trailhead parking lot. Visible from the road, though very few cars went by as it is a rural area. Stayed here one night, arriving after 8pm and was in disturbed. Left about 4:30am
Report Check-InTiny parking lot, but flat, and there is about a 3/4 mile hike to a really warm pretty lake. Great for the dogs!
Report Check-InFine spot, little trail head off the road, quiet at night. No att or verizon service really
