Water and dump station. Big enough for even the biggest vehicles. well maintained.
NB: Sign saying the dump station is only for paying campers at the nearby campsite. Ask at the visitor center if you can use it for a fee.

No one there to make sure the rules are being followed, but I suppose they do random checks.
