Looking for a simple place to crash after 3 days in the backcountry in Zion, this fit the bill well. Nice clean restroom and wonderful hot showers. Not sure how this changes in the 'peak season' but this was probably 1/2 full with permanent residents, and there was a small mobile home park up the hill adjacent to the camping area as well. Everyone was pretty quiet and we slept well. Might be different on a weekday with folks getting to work early. The road is fairly busy and noticeable but not enough to keep me up at night. The tent area is down a hill and right next to the road, I'd guess thats a lot louder. My kids loved looking at the chickens and playing on the playgrounds, and some of the kids from the mobile homes came out to join them, it was great. They had a rate of $58 for a 30 amp service, but we only wanted the 120V to run a toaster in the morning, so she charged us only $25. Staff was really friendly.

Tent camping area is on the roadside there is a bit of traffic noise but it’s a nice large grassy area, bbq grills, drinking water and has some shady trees. We paid $12 per person plus tax (total $26.41) for one night.

The rate for a 25foot Motorhome is now $ 36.-
The smaller sites are like in a sardine Box. Wi-Fi only good next to the Building!
Shower clean.

40 sites for RV's, smaller vehicles and tents. Clean bathrooms, hot showers and a shop. Friendly staff. Paid USD 10 for one vehicle 1 person
