Description

We did a lot of research and this hostel is probably the best alternative to the more expensive Rancho San Nicolas RV park on the east side of town. Cost is 70 pesos/person/night.

The one-way road where this hostel is located is very wide. Our Ford Transit easily fits. Bigger rigs should have no problems parking right in front of the hostel as well. Lots of parking spaces on either side of the road. Road is very busy and can be loud, even at night, but we found it to be very safe at all hours of the day.

If you can park right in front of the hostel, you can even get WIFI in your own vehicle. Bathrooms are clean and hot water showers available.

The hostel also has a nice inner courtyard to hang out. Paco is no longer with the hostel, but Tomas is a great owner and speaks fluent English.

the road is really noisy. but the spot is easy to park for big rigs (with our 29feet) and only few blocks from the center. enter the city from the main road on WEST side. and follow the bus road to get out

Report Check-In

The street is not as busy as I would expect. It was quiet at night and the people at the hostel where really kind. We felt very safe and it was a good spot for visiting San Cristobal.
