Large parking area, people come here for sunset viewing, I stayed overnight once last October, no sign of prohibiting overnight camping. There were at least 3 other overnight campers at the time I was there. Full cell phone signal. No fee. Verizon gets 1-2 bars as of July 2021.

Lots of room, level spots. Dirt lot no portaloo. Beautiful views, fairly noisy highway. No issues
Report Check-InNice spot, plenty of level ground. Amazing sunset and sunrise. Gets chilly up there at night, spent the night with one other car in the lot, no one bothered us and we left around 9am. T-Mobile routes their service through AT&T here and I got a few bars of service and enough LTE to do simple internet searches and check the weather.
Report Check-InGreat views and a quiet road at night, with the full moon you can see all of the detail in the mountains. Wind was pretty aggressive though and shook the van throughout the night, so it was a trade off for sure
