Nice, quiet and cosy spot right next to the river. No "no overnight camping" sign.

Beautiful Spot right off of the 395. No T-Mobile, and the short dirt road is a bit rough upon entry and then smooths out. But it is a lovely and convenient spot if you are in the area.
Report Check-InAbsolutely beautiful spot! 😎 The river produces a gentle white noise and the sunset is stunning. Not a place to stay for several days, but for a single night this is a true gem.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot on the river. The second spot from the entrance was level, has a rock fire pit, and some nice tree coverage. This is a popular spot for fishing, and locals walking their dogs. A lady from the neighboring mobile home park warned us of bears, and raccoons in the area but we had no encounters.
Report Check-In2 great little spots next to the river. Easy access, a little bumpy coming in. Great sunset view.
Report Check-InSuper dope camping spot down by the river , no need for a 4x4. 7/10 steez points
Report Check-InExcellent spot for a peaceful night of rest. White noise from the river nearly completely drowned out the highway. The spot felt private and safe despite being fairly exposed. I believe two other vehicles showed up later in the evening but we were still spread out enough that we never saw anybody after they drove by. Some cars and dirt bikes were enjoying the hills on the other side of the river. Sheriff drove past the spot while we had our camp fully set up and simply passed us by.
Report Check-Incorrection to my last post the last line was supposed to say people camp here all the time no problems according to the local I'm at. also one of the local police drove by and waved very friendly
Report Check-Inpulled in just before dusk nobody was here beautiful spot right on the river my Two Wheel Drive Winnebago Travato no problems getting down to the River's Edge. I met one of the locals and he tells me people can't hear all the time
Report Check-InGreat place, as described above. Quiet, we were not disturbed. 136 promaster high roof. No problems navigating road. Woke up to 23F but without heat were 41F inside, as have wool insulation.
Report Check-Inreally nice spot by the water. coming into the spot was a little bumpy but easily doable. we have a 1978 conversion van and we were able to drive in. probably need higher clearance but not 4wd. there were a few cars here when we arrived right after dark. 2 other stay overs besides us. was really quiet people wise. the highway is pretty close but not too much road noise over night. love this spot. so hard to find nice spots with water in the desert. lol
Report Check-InSpend a night here, nice leveled spot right on the river, don't need 4x4, made it fine on the expended sprinter van. it was quite at night. Few locals stopped by in the morning while walking their dogs, said hi, there were very friendly.
Report Check-InGreat spot to cool off in the river during the brutal heat of summer. Other campers here when we arrived and others dropping in to cool off then leave. Beautiful sunset. But then the bugs came out in force, getting into our camper. Maybe it was just bad timing. Otherwise a nice spot. Indian reservation property across the river so DO NOT park there. Cell service was spotty for T-mobile.
Report Check-InNice, quiet and cosy spot right next to the river. No "no overnight camping" sign.
