If you have a van (T3 Kombi) be ready to pay 4.200 pesos for the round trip. Rediculous! anything bigger than a VW T3 is considered category 2. Regular car 780 motorcycle 290. We gave up going.

We wanted to go to the island with our 5.95m Sprinter. UltraCarga wanted us to pay for the category Camioneta comercial 6m 2180mxp. The price is only for one way!
In our opinion we rather belong in the category Camioneta Familiar +5.5m for 1900mxp one way. We did not agree and left.

We went there with a vw t2 combi. On the way there we payed with ultramar for a large vehicle (1820 pesos) and on the way back
With transcribe just 700 pesos. So check if you have a large car better go with transcribe. Also you need to be at least 45 minutes before departure

This is the place there you can take a ferry with your car to Cozumel. Two companies are operating now, Transcaribe and Ultramar. The price change about the size of your car. Transcaribe is bit more expensive (700mx vs 675mx of Ultramar) but better with the criteria of the sizes.
