Called ahead to see if they allowed overnight parking. very pleasant lady answered and said of course as long as you can find a spot. there are about 3 RV spaces available. we took one for the evening to get some rest. make sure to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel, you will not regret it.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Lot is far enough from highway to be quiet, save for a few homeless people camping in the rocks between the CB and a hotel. several other cars here. have stayed overnight in this lot for up to a week previously, never had any issues.
Report Check-InSurprised this one isn't on here already. It's around 10pm and I just pulled in to like 10 other vans/RVs that are clearly staying the night. Typical CB, small-ish parking lot with white noise from the highway in the background. WiFi from La Quinta next door. I've been struggling to find a good spot around Phoenix and am ready to crash!
Report Check-InNOT CLOSED - extremely friendly staff and a great high calorie dinner for a cold night. TONS of other rigs parked around us behind the restaurant. Far enough away from the highway for a near silent night! (Did have one homeless man scream at a sign for a few minutes)
Report Check-InDefinitely not closed to overnight parking. Went inside and talked with manager. They never had security, so not sure why it’s marked as closed. Several vans here tonight.
Report Check-InNot sure why this is marked as closed. I stayed here a few nights, and every night, the lot was PACKED! From big RVs and small ones, to trucks and cars, everyone was here. Even with the present company, it was still pretty quiet at night and no one bothered me. Pleasant staff working inside. Would definitely come back here if in the area.
Report Check-InCalled ahead to confirm overnight parking. Very friendly staff. Stayed with other RVs. Recommend this place.
Report Check-InAlthough the comments suggest parking is not allowed here we spent a night with 15 other campers quietly in the parking lot of the Cracker Barrel.
Report Check-InWe got a knock from a security guy at 11 PM and told us that there was no sleeping in your vehicle here. There were many other vans and campers who also had to leave.
Report Check-InNot sure why this is marked closed. We called ahead and they said that they do allow overnight parking. Plenty of people here for the night.
Report Check-InStayed the night with no issues. Several other vans and RV's in the lot. Please clean up after yourself.
Report Check-InI was stay here after getting off the road and some man in a security vehicle came and told me I couldn't stay here that I was trespassing. and was very aggressive and threaten to call the cops.
Report Check-InI parked in the far back next to a tree, little road noise at least right now. Peaceful, I will probably have breakfast inside tomorrow morning. Verizon, I have 5 bars.
Report Check-InTypical Cracker Barrel experience. This wasn't the loudest CB I've stayed at, but you do get highway noise. Just comes with overnighting at CB. Lots of vans last night. In case you are looking for places in Mesa, the CB doesn't not allow overnight parking, nor the Bass Pro or Walmart due to Mesa's city ordinances. Probably why this one is so full.
Report Check-InA lot of overnighters this day, still had plenty of room for our longer rig.
Report Check-InThis place is so shady! At first we liked it - there were MANY different campers and really large RV homes and trailers. The lot was well lit and clean. But we woke up in the middle of the night from a guy cutting through the bike lock at the back of our van. Luckily we jumped out of the van at him just before he took our expensive bikes. In the morning we also saw so many shady people crossing the lot back and forth. I will not stay here again and would not recommend staying here to anyone who has their bikes outside of their vans (I currently see three vans apart from us that have bikes outside).
Report Check-InQuiet night spent here. Would visit again. May have some traffic noise during different season with windows open.
Report Check-Inthis cracker Barrel was close to a few places we wanted to visit in Phoenix Arizona, really located in Chandler. this parking lot was really noisy and neither of us got very much sleep. it's directly by the highway in the noise did not seem to calm down overnight. there was also a garbage truck that came around three in the morning and startled us awake. It was safe and free so that's always something we are thankful for! We did call ahead and they said they allowed overnight parking. You can check out our full review at www.beebsandnugget.com.
Report Check-InGreat place to spend one night. We were with several other cars/vans. Very safe.
Report Check-InStayed here. Quiet. No knocks. No security to kick me out. Read that it was good to be here. So I parked in the back. When I got here there were already 2 trucks and 1 van. Obviously they all ready the same thing I did about the Walmarts un the área. They don’t allow overnight parking. Stayed here 2 nights. Would have stayed a 3rd but felt self conscious about it.
