Overnight Prohibited camping is illegal here.
under used trailhead right off rt-1. stayed last night and there was some traffic noise but i was rewarded with a hike along the river this morning. during my hike i noted this trailhead seems the least used (based on number of vehicles).
Cell: had 2 bars of verizon 4G but it was sufficent for my phone hotspot to allow me to work.

Got a knock at 1:20 a.m. on a Sunday. There's a sign saying the area closes at dusk but because the previous folks who posted hadn't had an issue I tried it. Unfortunately the police told me to move on.
Report Check-InGreat spot right off the road. It’s a gravel lot at the trailhead of Little Gunpowder Trail. Has a grassy area to one side and one security light at night. Woke up and walked not even 5 minutes down to the creek and it was beautiful!
