Nothing fancy. Basic hostel with private rooms available but shared bath. I paid N$200 for 1 person. Locked gated parking area. (100N$ for camping, 110N$ for bed in dorm)

Clean, simple accomodations in a backpackers hostel that was empty when I was there. Stayed 4 days, got a discount in a private room with bathroom for 300 NAD (17 USD)/day. Normal price was 25 USD). Secure parking for my motorcycle - and cars- in the gated yard. Kitchen and good wifi. Very close to Desert Deli coffee shop and Spars supermarket. A nice base to visit Kolmanskop, and walk around the city of Lüderitz (views from Diamond Hill awesome).

Good to have a break from the heat in windy Luderitz. Visited Kolmanskop which is a great place to see

Relative to what else is available in Luderitz with regard to hospitality and the exposure to wind, this spot is good value for money and we couldn't go wrong. We were very happy with the single room with its 3 beds for us as 2 adults and our 30 month old, and its a backpackers! We paid N$460 per night. Centrally located, this spot makes for a good base to explore the quaint town on foot.
Report Check-InWe got the double room with en-suite for 400$N. It feels a bit like you are in a sea container but with everything you need! A big window, good hot shower, clean toilet. Common areas look good, WiFi ok. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Better than expected!

Fantastic place if there is too much wind for camping. You can use the kitchen and feel at home. 300pn/2ppl and secure car park.
