You pay once regardless of how long you stay, Sand is mobile and this road changes. You can get to within walking distance of the beach if no 4x4. Unreal environment to stay or visit.

Awesome spot. Highly recommended if your vehicle will get you here. Must have 4x4 and be confident driving in deep, soft sand to get to the beach, but without 4x4 you can still get quite close and walk the last bit. Stunning beach, we had it all to ourselves. No facilities at the beach, but you can stay back at house/camp if you need facilities.
