Enough space for dozens of campers. Right on a river and FREE. Some spots with fire pits. Pit toilets and potable water pumps from artesian wells. Bring your fishing pole and bug spray. No mosquitoes with the wind blowing but when it’s gone... use yer spray. Not bad at all for July!

ATTENTION depuis 2023 il y a des panneaux "no overnight camping"
nous sommes tout de même restés dormir mais au matin un homme est venu nous dire que l'on ne pouvait pas dormir ici.
en revanche il y a des toilettes et de l'eau potable.
Beautiful public campground. Apparently no charge. Three day limit. Right on the Red Lake River. Only 2 other campers, but room for at least a dozen. No running water, but I saw a box of electrical connectors, including a few 30 amp. Not sure if they work. Recommend this spot to others.
Report Check-InBig "park" right along the Red Lake River which is essentially a big gravel semicircle loop with grass on either side. Free reign to set up anywhere on the grass, so there is plenty of space. When I came there were 2 other RVs and 1 tent camper. Pretty basic, only a few sites have picnic tables. But it's pretty peaceful. Great place to stay for a night or two. Rules say no noise at night, which would include generators.
Report Check-InGreat little oasis right on the river. "Primitive camping" which in this specific park means no generators, no music, or anything that would cause disturbance(all according to rules and regs for this park). Fantastic spot though, 1 or 2 bars on Verizon but decent download speeds
Report Check-InThis was a great little park with a lot of history to stay for a couple of nights. Caretaker came by and thank us, said we take care of the park better than the locals.
No electricity, but nice clean water and good cell signal.
Might want to stay away in the late winter/early spring.
