It was pleasure meeting mohammad. Gem of a person - first of all good hot shower. He and his father in this bussiness from few decades. You are looking for quiet n privacy then this is the spot. 10$ a room. I know it's small but it's atleast quiet n private.

Akbar is an amazing guy who helped us when we ran into the police because we slept near the desert on the outskirts of Bam. We had tea, dates, a cold shower and good conversation with him. Also there's private parking space for your car. Thank you Akbar!

Excellent place with a very long history of hosting overlanders. Fantastic host Mohammed. Good, secure parking for bikes. Definitely recommend.

Pretty expense rooms(15€) for what you get. We got a room with a cold shower(owner didn’t tell us there is no hot water), hair of precious gast in the bed and a dirty toilet. Better go to Bam tourist hotel, here you get a huge clean room for 1.600.000 rial, garden parking and breakfast included.

The prices mentioned above are considerably higher then quoted in 2016. No negotiation possible. Didn't take the room and camped s
outh of Bam near the mountains.

300,000 Rials per night for two people camping in car. Includes wifi and shower.

Friendly guy, great place to crash before the last leg of Iran. Wifi not too slow, only uploading is extremely slow.

Nice place set in palm tree garden. Communal area with wifi. Room with double bed and ensuit 20 usd a night. Secure off street parking. The owner is very friendly and very helpful.
