Latest Check-Ins

Stayed here midweek and weekend. Left alone during the week night. Friday night Patrol informed us city would be paving lot soon and would probably allow evening parking once paving project was done. Didn’t kick us out immediately and just said to leave in am.

Report Check-In

We stayed here last night. Actually we called the sheriff to ask them if it was OK because the signs are confusing. They said no camping but you can stay here for the 24 hours and they will not come out if there’s no problems.

Report Check-In

No overnight parking allowed. A law enforcement officer just knocked on my door and told me the lot is for day parking only and people cannot stay overnight in their vehicles.

Report Check-In

We stayed here on a weeknight with a couple other RVs and had no problem. We had no choice that night so we took the chance and nobody bothered us. I could see this being an issue in the weekend as it get crazy busy there. For the rest of the week we would park on a pullout off of Icicle Rd and then drive into town and park at this loft for the day so we could work. We still had no issues when parking there from 6a-6p everyday for 4 days.

Report Check-In

This is a great day lot for RVs and trailers. However, this evening when we were parked here in our van, security came through and informed us the town had adjusted their policy and were no longer allowing people to overnight in the lot. This location should probably be closed.

Report Check-In

There is a lot of RVs here for tonight. No camping but overnight parking allowed once a week.

Report Check-In

just an addendum. it appears that the city of Leavenworth is proposing paving the lot and adding restrooms. Presumably for RVs. They are holding public hearings. See photos.

Report Check-In

Stayed here last year with no issues and this time as well. Other campers here. Great location. Short walk to town for rest rooms.
Quiet and respectful campers. Seems other campers had issues with security but I have yet to see any in the 3 times I've parked overnight.

Report Check-In

Overnight parking seems fine once per week. Sign says no camping. I slept in my van here with no problems. Short walk to the center of town.

Report Check-In

Stayed Saturday night in my van (Sienna) with no issues, with about 5 other vans and couple of RV’s.
A little noisy being close to road but it was pretty good overall.

I think others on here are getting caught up with the “no camping” on the sign, which is kind of vague. 24 hour parking IS allowed but don’t be dumb and start pulling out the whole kitchen and sink or pitching a tent, and you should be good!

Report Check-In

still works for a night.... doesn't seem to be enforced.

Report Check-In

Stayed here overnight with one other van and was undisturbed. The parking lot sign does say no camping though.

Report Check-In

This place is permanently closed.

Report Check-In

No camping allowed! The town just started enforcing no overnight parking in this lot - we talked to a very nice security guard who stopped by to let us know it went into effect yesterday. Bummer :/

Spend the night in our campervan when visiting Leavenworth. Not too busy and very quiet. Plenty of room and level ground. Only 24hrs allowed.

Report Check-In

great spot 10/10 lots of space! gets pretty busy during the day (long weekend so maybe thats why)

Report Check-In

Got here during the day pretty big lot enough space for regular and RVs, and trailers. Hung out in leavenworth and got back at the end of the day to crash. 24hour limit states on the sign. Really convenient place!

Report Check-In

Very large gravel lot good for overnight parking. Signs say one night only per 7 day period, but I stayed two nights in a row just fine. The lot fills up during the day, especially on a weekend, but it clears out at night. Several vans and campers overnight. Feels safe, there are trash cans, 5 minute walk to town, pretty quiet.

Report Check-In

Dirt municipal lot in town where you’re allowed to park one night every seven days. Lots of RV’s and vans. Good AT&T cell coverage.

Report Check-In

Young, solo, female traveler. I stayed here a night and felt completely safe. Lots of other cars, but everyone was quiet and respectful. I had full cell service with Verizon. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Leavenworth!

Report Check-In

The parking lot is definitely still open for overnight, not sure why the other pin was saying it wasn’t. Have stayed here many times going back and forth between Seattle and Spokane. Lots of van life people when I woke up in the morning. You really can’t beat this spot for a night, short walk to the action and beautiful views of the mountains. Extremely grateful for the city of Leavenworth to offer this, wish more places did.

Report Check-In

Single night overnight parking still allowed here. Parking is free, unlike the rest of Leavenworth lots. We have overnighted here in the past, but only used the lot for daytime parking of our rig while visiting downtown. Lot is mostly level, but not absolutely spot on level. There is a cute biscuit and coffee cafe next to the lot, but not associated with the lot. It is a bit of a walk into downtown, 5 or possibly 10 minutes.

Report Check-In

Really big dirt lot for RVs with a decent amount of cars parked as well. Plenty of room to park away from other RVs. Located on the edge of arguably the cutest town in America.

Report Check-In

nothing really to add that hasn't been said. Convenient location to town, quiet, easy.

Report Check-In

Really good large fairly flat. Good cell signal

Report Check-In

Town provided RV lot. Allows 1 overnight stay in a 7 day cycle. Very flat, level, fits big rigs
