Army corps of engineers free campground with fire grates and cement picnic tables. 14 day limit. Boat launch. COLD water but the dog liked swimming off the launch area. Some bugs at dusk. Pretty overlook of the dam at night and at sunrise. 2 other campers on a weeknight in July, many spots available. Very peaceful. Dump station is down the road toward the reservoir.

Perfect spot for us tonight. Pit toilets, great att cell service, level sites. Very quiet. Recommended.
Report Check-InLovely quiet COE site. Pit toilet. lots of mosquitoes. Strong AT&T service. Several RVs parked here but no one is here. Nice level spots with fire rings and concrete tables. Perfect for our one nite rest stop
Report Check-InHear in April and Downstream campground was not open for the season. Stayed at this spot instead. Flat, sunny, nice view of the Missouri River and easy access with table and grill at each location.
Report Check-InFree 14 day campground surrounded by water. the sheriff did come by and take down our plate to monitor the 14 day limit, he was friendly and confirmed it's a free place to stay. Beautiful area, will definitely stay again.
Report Check-InA couple spots open on a Saturday. The spots in the trees were taken. And the bathroom was a bit of a walk. But a great spot for one night. :) Free.
