Quiet, basic, secure parking for our 3-meter van. Good air con and Telcel. The sheets were so thin you could practically see through them, but they were clean. Wouldn’t honeymoon here but it works for recovering from the approximately one million topes today and getting across the Guatemalan border early tomorrow morning.

Decent hotel, clean and simple. Big courtyard for parking, they close the gate at night. The pool was empty, maybe for the winter? WiFi worked well near the office. I did not get any warmth from my electric shower head. Friendly owner. Still 250 pesos for single.

A nice clean room, small pool, Internet kind of slow. Only paid 250 pesos! In the little town of Paso Hondo. Cold beer and sodas. Showers are the electric "suicide showers" and only work so-so, but get you clean.
