This place was nice and quiet. Not too many people around. Our dogs loved exploring this area. It’s a perfect place for outdoor cooking as they provide a grill to put over the fire pit. We made a same day reservation and there was a lot of available spots. It said the gate closes at 8pm but we got there at 8 sharp and didn’t see it was closed which was a relief because we weren’t sure how we would’ve got in, the reservation confirmation only gave us the codes for the bathrooms. There’s water, trash cans, bear safe containers. It’s super wooded so plenty of privacy but also not ideal for starlink. Overall good spot will return.

Closed for season until who knows when, no water either :(

très calme comme endroit. Dans une forêt de grands pins.

Pretty campground. Water but no dump. Hot showers. Not much for a non-boater to do within campground. Good Verizon. Nearby Umatilla has all the necessities

Great campground as you enter Ocala National Forest from the south. Currently the fee is $12/night but it looks like it will soon be $20/night. There is a half price discount for anyone who has the proper pass so make sure you read to find out if you qualify for discount. We have the Annual National Park pass so we got our site for $6/night. That’s really good considering there is flush toilets and hot showers.

Nice campground with 34 Sites in the Ocala National Forest. Each Site comes with tentarea, BBQ, fire pit, picnic table and bearcontainer and is surrounded from tree's. There is also a big washroom with toilets and hot showers, and there are some water tap to fill up the tanks. Actually the price is 12$, but will be proposed to 20$ whenever- Self-registation. There is also a couple of volunteer camp host- very lovely.
the campground is near the street, but the noise is not so much...
