Always love the small town parks that are camper friendly. Free with electric no less, what a treat.
Report Check-InLovely little city park right in town. There is a super flat grassy section on the east side with power hook ups. There’s a water spigot in the center of the park (need a long hose) and there are small trash cans. Couldn’t find a toilet, but great spot for kids as it’s a frisbee disc golf course and playground as well. Felt very safe and unbothered. Loud noise from the highway and trains come by every once and a while, but it’s free and permitted!
Report Check-InGreat safe place for the night! Barely any vehicle noise and I choose a spot away from the road. The train does go by a few time and blasts it horn. Nothing too terrible but if you are a light sleeper this might be a problem. There are a few water spigots around, the one closest to this parking area was off. But the other ones I found in the park were still on (not sure if the water is potable). No bathroom but I had to buy an extension cord at family dollar which is a 10 minute walk and they had bathrooms. Power is still on here which was so nice as I could run my heated blanket on this cold night.
Report Check-InGreat place to camp for a night. The 15amp hookup kept our fridge and electric heater going all night. Looks like there's about 10 spots to hook up. Only 1 other camper here when we stayed. Free! No water or bathrooms.

Report Check-InPark with electric hookups and flat gravel space for your Rv. FREE! Showed up at 330pm. There was one van. By 5pm we were 5 in all. Nice travelling people. Felt completely safe. Bit noisy with the 400 right by but free
