Description

Moderator Note: Please note that a more recent User stayed overnight. This is a requirement for Wild Camping places to be included in the database.
....
We didn’t stay here to sleep, but we came in for a swim because our car doesn’t have AC.

There are a few fire sites, and clear flat spots to put tents or small recreational vehicles. The road seems too narrow for RVs.

There are no signs indicating that overnight stay is not allowed. We saw some locals who didn’t seem to be bothered by our presence.

Really nice spot to spend the night. There were a couple locals walking their dogs but I was otherwise alone and unbothered all night. Make sure you park in the gravel and not on the beach- the tide comes right up the the edge of the grass and the beach disappears!

Wow. Just lovely. Buggy but maybe the wind will pick up. Beautiful little beach. Birds. A little road noise but not bad.

The gentleman who owns this beach is so kind to let us overlanders stay here. It's lovely. Right down the road from a great water source. 1 bar Verizon....enough to let me online.

Bel endroit pour passer la nuit sur le bord de l’eau. Terrain inégal. Petit chemin étroit pour y accéder en pente descendante (20 degrés). Nous avons un VR 25 pieds et c’était très limité.

Close to highway, easy to find. Lots of room, quiet and beautiful view.

Quiet and close to the highway so easy on and off.

Nice nice

update, there are a lot of mosquitoes and black flied, get your bug spray out.
Also, there's a big pile of what looks like garbage, but it is wood collected to be burned on Nov 5, Guy Fawkes Day, so please don't add garbage to it, just wood. thanks.

This place is great, close to highway, not so noisy at all, close to waterfront. There's a firepit and picnic table. I met Eric Adey, who owns the land and makes the area available for all. people in town use the area as a boat ramp, so please don't block it.
Eric permits people to use it as a kind gesture. Please respect that and take care of the space by cleaning up after yourself.

Great spot to park for a night. A bit windy. Sensors will bip while going down the path but all good. A lot of rooms to park.

Beautiful quiet place right on the beach, fire pits a couple of picnic tables, A wonderful place to stop. I didn’t see anybody until this morning. No issues no problems no signs

Beautiful quiet spot right on the ocean. No trouble to get our 20 foot motorhome here.

Report Check-In

Convenient stop over. Nice views, quiet and close to the highway. Hard packed gravel and grass available.
The access point is fairly overgrown and some garbage dumped around (mattress/yard waste/bottles etc).

Nice spot by the ocean, be careful not to park too close to the water a few vans could fit

We stayed here for a night on our way to St. John’s and not wanting to drive the entire night

Pulled in around 11pm no issues.

We were able to get out sprinter down there in rwd only (we have a 4x4). Ground is solid for driving on. Few fire pits as mentioned.

Tide comes in at night and goes quite a ways out in the morning.

Definitely recommend stopping here
