This is not an abandoned building. This is a colonial Museum. Doesn’t appear to be open though, but it is maintained.
Nice spot near the rear at the tree line. Good for one Class B van or smaller. Tent campers could definitely use this spot.

The road noise isn’t too bad. Pretty little spot with a few places to go walking.
