A small camping area 3km off the TCH, at Butts Pond. Camping area has room for several small rigs, and immediately beside the pond. No facilities of any kind. Located on Crown Land. Only about six or seven sites with half of them taken up by unattended "long-termers" so there is a fair chance you will not get a spot. Cellular is available. Beautiful spot!!!

As previously described. However, the number of spaces is limited to about 6 or 7 spaces and half of them are taken up by unattended "long-termers" which means there is a fair chance that you will not get a spot. Also, we found fair cellular service available.
Report Check-InPerfect camping spot on a lake in a quiet location just off the Hwy.
Report Check-InNot a bad place for a peaceful night stop, easy access off the TCH. Quite a few trees stop you getting a great view of the lake, but you can get through if you want access to the water.
Report Check-InThis area is Crown Land and as such can be legally occupied for short duration.
