primitive camp near the TAT. I think free (I can't find any signs to say otherwise). Numbered level gravel tent pitches. one or two of the sites might be big enough to fit a rig, but generally this is more suitable for car/van camping. Very pleasant cool stream running nearby.
occasionally I can nab a bit of mobile signal, but mostly none.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The day use only area was open, however the gate was closed to the campsite. No notice or signage posted. There were several other spots to boondock along the same road (very nearby)
