Nice parking lot with view on the ocean next to a park with picnic tables. No sign for no overnight parking. Next to the road but quiet at night.

Report Check-InLovely place, stayed here for a couple of nights. A few others vans here each night. No ‘no overnight parking’ signs. Right next to the beach, bin and toilet.

In the morning a local came and told us it was prohibited to camp or stay overnight in Qualicum Beach and that we had the chance that a guy didn't came in the morning has he usely does. We think it was just intimidation, but we finished breakfast and left

No water but a chemical toilet. Multiple camping tables.
A bit noisy but it works well for a night after the ferry.
Still open. There were a couple vans and car campers there also. A really lovely spot looking out onto the coast and great place for walking the dog too!

Still open! Great spot for the pup to run! Had four or so other vans sleeping as well. All in all a good nights rest.

Report Check-InReally nice spot. Beautiful view. There were 5-6 other vans/cars/RVs. We stopped there for a night, on the road between Nanaimo and Tofino.
Report Check-InNice quiet spot after dark. Lots of vehicles spending the night. Great sunset and wildlife views. Marginal Verizon signal. Starlink great.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot directly next to the ocean. Street is quiet in the night and the next washrooms and warm showers are around 2km away at the beach.

Report Check-InStayed one night, a couple of other vans there too. Beautiful sunset and got quiet at night. Nobody bothered us. The road noise picked up around 7am, just an fyi for the light sleepers among you.

Bel endroit où dormir gratuitement sur le bord de la mer. Plusieurs vans y étaient, mais c’était tranquille.
Report Check-InPerfect spot as described, little parking lot right on the beach, I slept there 2 nights and each time we were 4 to 6 vans or RVs!
And there are Toilets and free hot shower a few minutes away (see other spot on map)!
Perfect spot with a nice view of the ocean.
The parking lot is almost flat, can fit at least 10 RVs (not suited for big rigs though).
Not so much noise from the road.
Stayed here Aug 24 2021. Looked carefully, no signs saying overnight camping was not allowed. Beautiful sunset and moon at night, nice and quiet during the night. Public bathroom and showers 2 mins drive south at qualicum Beach from 7am? to 9pm
