Rest area, has a cute little walking trail if you need to stretch your legs, tons of wildflowers bordering it. Has a marked spot for potable water fill ups- one of the posts with a hose end, but you’ll likely need your hose to attach if you need to get to an rv tank, I always use mine anyway. Fill up is on the semi/rv side. You could likely also park for an overnight as I didn’t see a lot of signage about no overnights or anything similar.
Also same exact setup on the southbound side of the highway.

Potable water still available. Very clean and nice bathroom. Could stay overnight here.
Report Check-Instopped here earlier and the water stand is no longer there. You also cannot overnight park there.
