Latest Check-Ins

Staying the night - I’m in the paved parking lot rather than the dirt parking lot or down by the water. I was skeptical of this spot as I usually avoid parks. As expected, there were people driving through throughout the night (Thursday). Notable around 2am a car with what I presume was a group of kids, blasting their music and partying. No officials asked me to move (so far, I’m writing this at 2am), but if you’re getting people driving through at all hours of the night it puts me a little on edge. It probably would have been quieter over in the dirt lot, but there was already another campervan in the paved lot and I decided to avoid the deserted area because I’d feel more exposed if I ran into trouble, so I stayed here. I’m sure you could stay here without issue, it just might come down to chance and personal preference! The kids haven’t paid me any attention as of now, so hopefully they keep away and leave eventually.

stayed here 2 nights in a row. Very peaceful and lovely. There is a huge open grassy area where I did yoga and played fetch in the morning with my dog. There is also a tap near the washrooms to fill my water bottles. the bathroom was closed in the morning though.

As other mentioned: quiet, picnic tables, bbq areas, toilets. Didn't try the showers. Stayed one night with 3 other rvs.

Report Check-In

Perfect, flat, quiet, just us and 2 more boondockers

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Lieu très tranquille pour dormir. Plusieurs stationnements autour d’un immense parc. Tables à picnic et toilettes sur place. À recommander

I spent Sunday and Monday quiet nights in my RV-Trailer conversion, without any issues, but it can be a noisy place in the daytime. Monday morning was the day to cut the grass and such (very loud as off 8am), and in the evenings many scooters and staff golf carts make for a lot of motor noises, but it's a free space..!

Stayed for one night. Park employees rode by several times, no one cared.
Quiet night, no problems. We stayed on the Gravel parking lot, it was bug-free, while the adjacent “Campground” was Mosquitoe-infested.

A fantastic trailer park in its day and still lovely, just no fees! We spoke to the park attendant on site and he explained the city shut it down but still maintains it. They pulled out the hydro and water on the east rail, but the west rail still has power. Signs say no motorized vehicles beyond the parking lot, but he explained they don't enforce that. Follow the road down the hill to some truly spectacular lakeside parking. We parked in the parking lot along with 2 other units.

Very beautiful place, we spent a nice and calm night. The showers open around 7 in the morning and are indeed closed at night. We could not find proper toilets but there are chemical ones next to the parking lot.

We stoped there for a quick Timmy's. 2 B vans were there and have spent the night with no issues. No "No overnight parking" sign, and workers on site confirmed that it was ok to spend the night.
